  • Paint Your Own Mug Teen Program
    When: Wednesday, February 15, 2017 - 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM
    Where: Teen Room

    Come and paint your own mugs with cool designs using oil-based Sharpies; no painting experience necessary. Registration is required; call the Library or register via the online calendar. Open to ages 13 and up.
  • Polar Explorer Annie Aggens Discusses Climate Change & its Effect on the Arctic
    When: Tuesday, February 28, 2017 - 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM
    Where: Auditorium

    Join polar guide Annie Aggens for an armchair expedition to the Geographic North Pole where she will talk about the changes that are occurring at the North Pole as a result of global warming and how it effects North Pole expeditions and the rest of the planet.

    This program is part of the Library's Greener Choices Programing in concert with Go Green Wilmette.

  • Gulp by Mary Roach Book Club Discussion
    When: Wednesday, March 01, 2017 - 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM
    Where: Small Meeting Room

    Come and discuss the hilarious and informative book, Gulp by Mary Roach! Roach investigates the digestive system in layperson’s terms by smelling and tasting what we cringe to even read about and relates it back with humor and tact. Snacks will be provided and discussed in relation to the book. Please come having read the book and ready to discuss!
