Wilmette Library Photos Online
On Friday, February 12, 33 children participated in our Mardi Gras Masks program, creating beautiful, colorful masks with feathers and bangles. We were able to take photos of just a few before they slipped out the door into the cold. Check out these photos, as well as the Wilmette Public Library's other photos, on our Flickr account. Vote! Let it Snow Scratch Contest
Kids have made snow-themed Scratch projects for the contest. They're now posted on the Scratch website, where you can view them and vote on them. To vote, log on to http://scratch.mit.edu/users/wplsnow. Open a project and click on "Love It." The project with the most "Love It" votes wins. The winning project will be posted on the WPL website and the winner will get a gift card to Borders. Anyone can vote February 5 through February 28.
