Online Access to Federal and State Tax Forms and Schedules

  • Illinois Circuit Breaker Forms and Information
    An Illinois Department on Aging form IL-1363 filed by senior citizens or people with disabilities to obtain a yearly grant for relief from property taxes, mobile home taxes, rent or nursing home charges. The form can also be used to apply for the Pharmaceutical Assistance program, which helps pay for prescriptions.

In addition, TeleTax will also let you check the status of your income tax refund.

    Books

    Various handbooks, guides and primary sources are located in the Business Reference Room at the call number Ref 336.2. These include the Federal Tax Guide, State Tax Reporter, Internal Revenue Code, and Income Tax Regulations. In addition, manuals to assist in preparing tax returns can be found in the Business Reference Room at Ref 336.24 and in the circulating collection at 336.24.
