Librarians are available for immediate assistance via chat and email Monday-Friday, 10am-6pm.
We are issuing library cards while the library is currently closed during Shelter-in-Place. If you'd like to sign up for a library card to access our digital resources, please fill out our online Library Card Application. Be sure to include accurate contact information, and our staff will contact you to provide with your library barcode number.
We have a large collection of downloadable and streaming books, movies, music, and audiobooks. All you need to get started is your Wilmette library card.

We are running wonderful programs and activities for all ages on our Facebook page and over Zoom videoconferencing. Our Youth Services librarians are hosting storytimes throughout the week on our Facebook page, and a selection of the videos can be accessed here. Brainfuse - Home schoolers check out this resource which has live tutors available daily 2 to 11 pm. Take online prep tests and get career help as well.
