    Join The Wilmette Library and The Family Service Center (FSC) for a 6-week evening series of "Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): Techniques for Retraining Your Brain: with Professor Jason M. Satterfield, Professor of Clinical Medicine in the Division of General Internal Medicine at the University of California, San Francisco. Built on a solid foundation of neurological and behavioral research, CBT is an approach almost anyone can use for promoting greater mental health and improving quality of life. This course will utilize videos featuring Dr. Satterfield and group discussion facilitated by FSC staff. You will learn practical tools to evaluate your own needs and to begin a tailored approach towards reaching your personal goals.

    This is the second running of this workshop. If you attended the fall series, the content will be the same.
