Services Limited August 28-September 2

Start Date

The CCS library network is growing! We're excited to welcome Vernon Area Public Library to our consortium. From Thursday, August 28 at 9pm through Tuesday, September 2, our online services will be limited as thousands of items are added to the catalog. During this time, you can still check out items and retrieve your holds at the library. You will need to bring your library card with you, as we will not be able to look up your account without it.

Services that will be affected during this time:

  • No online account access, including placing holds online
  • Limited ability to search the catalog online, and availability status of items in catalog may not be current
  • Checking out digital and downloadable content via Libby and hoopla will be available to existing account holders, but new accounts will not be able to be made
  • Access to some online resources that require library card verification will not be available
  • No access to outdoor lockers
  • Limited availability to make self-serve study room reservations, and a physical library card will be needed to check out study room keys
  • We will not be able to issue new library cards

If you need help during this time, you can call the library. Once the maintenance is complete, you will have access to more than 5,200,000 items from libraries throughout the consortium and full access to our online services will resume.
