Weekday Programs
Fall Schedule, September 8-December 12
Weekly Storytimes
Join your librarians for live, interactive storytimes in the Youth Program Room!
Please note: There will be no storytimes the week of Thanksgiving.
- Babytime (Ages 0-24 months): Thursdays at 9:15am and 9:45am. A bonding experience for caregivers and babies, with songs, cuddles, and bounces. An open playtime will follow at 10:10am. Space is limited. Free tickets will be given out on a first come, first served, basis at the Youth Desk starting at 9am.
- Family Storytime (For the whole family): Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 9:30am and 10am. Wiggle, dance, and sing together during this fast-paced storytime, perfect for toddlers and preschoolers. Filled with books, puppets, songs, flannels, music, movement, and bubbles, storytime helps develop important pre-literacy skills and cultivate a lifelong love of reading. Space is limited. Free tickets will be given out on a first come, first served, basis at the Youth Desk starting at 9am.
- Story Explorers (Ages 4-7): Tuesdays at 4pm. Join us after school for dramatic stories, rhymes, puppets, and songs, just for children ages 4-7. Children are encouraged to attend independently; parents and caregivers must stay nearby in the Youth Department during the program.
Little Dabblers
Fridays, 9:30-10:30am. Ages 2 and up. Drop by for messy fun as we explore art, science, and our own senses.
