Print, Copy, Scan, Fax

Visit the library's First Floor Reference Area to print, copy, scan, and fax documents and images.


You can print documents at the library from a library computer, your home computer, or your wireless device. 

There is a fee to print. $0.10 per black and white page, $0.50 per color page. Arrive at the library to release your prints. 

To print from a library computer, visit the First Floor, or Youth Services computers on the Second Floor.

Alternately, you may send your prints to the library's printers wirelessly.

Quick Facts

Free WiFi is available throughout the library building. You may also borrow wi-fi hotspots from our Library of Things for wireless access on the go.

The library has three copy machines available for public use. On the First Floor, a photocopier is located outside by the main stairwell.
The second copy machine is our scan station, also on the First Floor.
A third photocopier machine is available on the Second Floor outside Youth Services.

Black & white copies 

  • Letter (8.5 x 11 in) and Legal (8.5 x 14 in): $0.10
  • Ledger (11 x 17 in): $0.20


  • Letter (8.5 x 11 in) and Legal (8.5 x 14 in): $0.50 
  • Ledger (11 x 17 in): $1.00

Each copier has a classic photocopy scanner, and a document feeder scanner.

Scanning & Faxing

The library's scan station is a free service with a touch screen computer equipped with both a flatbed and document scanner. Patrons can scan photos, books and documents with dimensions up to 11.7 inches by 16.5 inches (A3 size). The document scanner has the ability to scan double-sided papers quickly.

Supported scan file formats include PDF, searchable PDF, Word, TIFF, and JPG.

Scanned content can be faxed, printed, emailed, saved to a USB drive, among other options. USB drives may be purchased at the Circulation Desk.
