Teen Book Review: Bad Blood

I read Bad Blood by John Carreyrou. This was a very interesting book about the rise and fall/scandal of Theranos, the blood testing startup from Silicon Valley. It was one of my favorite nonfiction books as it read like a fiction. It is much more captivating than most other nonfiction books and definitely kept me entertained. One of the things that I liked was how it started out in 3rd person while the author gave background information on the company, and then shifted to 1st person while the author described his quest to uncover the truth about the company as an investigative journalist at the Wall Street Journal. It is a crazy story and I definitely recommend it.
