School engagement librarian Eti attended Marie Murphy's author visit with Megan E. Freeman, author of Alone, which just won the 2024 Rebecca Caudill Young Readers Book Award! Alone is also on the Highcrest Middle School 6th Grade Reading Challenge list. Check Alone out from our library today! 

Youth Services librarian Amanda joined Eti at Avoca West's epic author visit with Peter H. Reynolds and Marc Colagiovanni, celebrating the release of their new book, The Reflection in Me. Our library beasties loved meeting Peter and Marc! 

Eti visited Joseph Sears School all day Friday, March 8 to celebrate Read Across America week, sharing powerful picture books like Change Sings and Punky Aloha, introducing our library beasties to new friends, and sharing ways to celebrate our nation of diverse readers.
